How does delivery and pick up work?
We set up signs the evening before and pick up the night of the event. If you need signs longer than 24hours, we can provide 48hour rental with additional fee. Please email or call if you will need a longer time. We can check if we can help you customize your request. We are unable to provide specific time of delivery due to many orders on same day but we will keep you posted on delivery day.
What areas do you serve?
Serving San Antonio and surrounding. If you live more than 20 from zipcode 78261 area code, an additional delivery fee will be added to the standard $10.00 delivery. If you live more than 45 miles, please contact us on our reservation inquiry form or email us at sahappycardyards@gmail.com.
Do I need to do anything before the set up?
Please remember to leave the outdoor lights on, provide us with a gate code, detain all pets in the area we will set up and water your grass before we arrive for delivery. If we are unable to set up due to unleashed pets, we will contact you. You do not have to be home whenever we set up, but we will communicate with you on delivery and pick up.
What if there is inclement weather?
We will notify you on bad inclement weather days to reschedule or refund. Most of our signs are waterproof, however damage can happen in severe weather.
How much time do I need to book?

What if it is inclement weather?
Please fill out order form to reserve your date. If you send inquiry form, it does not reserve your date until payment is received. Refund is available with 10day notice cancellation or credit for future order. Dates are not reserved until paid.
How can I customize my order with themes?
On the order form, please list preferred colors, hobbies, sports, or favorite things about your special person and based on availability we will confirm choices. It is best to reserve as early as possible for special requests.
Do you have gift cards?
